Do you offer therapy for trauma, anxiety, or depression?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us seeking support with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our approach works with the root causes—not just symptoms—so healing can be lasting and embodied.
What can I expect in a therapy session?
Sessions are intuitive and tailored to you. We begin with what feels most present, then gently move into deeper exploration using tools like mindfulness, body awareness, breath, and relational dialogue. You’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and no judgment.
What is somatic therapy and how does it work?
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach that helps you process trauma, stress, and emotional experiences through awareness of sensations in the body. Rather than only talking, we work with the nervous system to support healing, regulation, and deeper self-connection.
What is Somatic EMDR and how is it different from traditional EMDR?
Somatic EMDR blends traditional EMDR with body awareness practices, helping you process trauma not just cognitively, but physically and emotionally. This allows for deeper integration, restoring a sense of safety and agency within your body.
What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy?
IFS (parts work) is a powerful modality that helps you connect with and heal different “parts” of yourself—like inner child wounds or protective patterns—while strengthening your core Self.
Do you offer spiritual or holistic healing support?
Yes. We integrate spiritual guidance, energy work, and mindfulness practices for those who feel called to explore healing on a deeper, more soul-centered level. This can include meditation, rituals, and nature-based practices.
Do you offer virtual therapy or only in-person sessions?
We offer both in-person sessions (Atlanta area) and virtual therapy options, so you can receive support wherever you are.
How much does therapy cost and do you accept insurance?
Sessions typically range from $160–$200, with a sliding scale available. We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
How do I know if this type of therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing for deeper alignment and healing, this work may support you. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore fit and answer your questions.
Do you offer group therapy or community healing spaces?
Yes. We offer women’s groups, workshops, and community-based healing experiences that include somatic practices, movement, and shared support.
Can therapy help me feel more connected to myself and my body?
Absolutely. A core intention of our work is helping you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom—so you can live with more clarity, presence, and self-trust.
